Comprehensive Dental Services

Dental Implants

Dental implants are often the best option for replacing missing teeth. They are artificial tooth roots that provide a permanent base for fixed, replacement teeth. Compared to dentures, bridges, and crowns, dental implants are a popular and effective long-term solution for people who suffer from missing teeth, failing teeth, or chronic dental problems. Because they fit, feel and function like natural teeth, dental implants are quickly becoming the new standard in tooth replacement.

Same-Day Crown & Bridges

We offer same-day crowns and bridges to restore broken or damaged teeth. A crown is a cap that is placed over the damaged tooth to support the tooth, prevent further decay, and mimic the look and feel of a healthy tooth. Bridges are used to fill the gap of a missing tooth or teeth. They prevent your remaining teeth from shifting and eliminate the need for full dentures. Stop in for a same-day treatment to get you the care you need in an efficient amount of time.

Tooth-Colored Fillings

Composite fillings are standard tooth fillings that are designed to mimic the natural tooth. They are colored to match your tooth’s natural shade, so they blend seamlessly with the rest of your smile. These are the best option if you want the most aesthetically pleasing and natural look.

Tooth Extractions

When you have a tooth or multiple teeth that need to be removed, rely on Dr. Pirmand. Which extensive experience under her belt, she has the ability to perform the extractions as safely, efficiently, and comfortably as possible.

Root Canal Therapy

The most common endodontic procedure is a root canal, which is used to save a tooth that is suffering from an infected pulp. During a root canal, the pulp is removed and the tooth’s interior is cleaned and sealed. If you are experiencing severe pain while chewing, sensitivity to hot and cold temperatures, swelling, or discoloration, a root canal may be necessary.

Invisalign®

Invisalign is a fantastic option for gradually straightening your teeth through custom, nearly invisible aligners. They are removable to allow for good hygiene and contain no metal that may irritate your mouth. Aligners are worn roughly 20 hours a day and are taken out to eat, brush and floss. Each set of aligners is worn for two or three weeks, with each set gradually moving your teeth until treatment is complete. Dr. Pirmand will work with you to determine if you are a good candidate for Invisalign® aligners.

Veneers

If you have minor imperfections in your teeth, severe staining or discoloration, or just don’t like the look of your smile, you may be a good candidate for veneers. Dental veneers are a “mask” designed to mimic the color and feel of your natural tooth. They can be used to cover some teeth or all of them! Think you are interested? Call us to learn more!

Partial Dentures

Partial dentures are designed for those who need to correct a set of missing teeth but cannot get bridges. They are removable, which makes them easy to function normally with. Dr. Pirmand will examine you to help determine if partial dentures are the best treatment option for you.

Nightguards

Nightguards are a treatment option for those who grind their teeth in their sleep. They sit comfortably in your mouth and will reduce the damage caused when your teeth grind and scrape against each other.
